Use hook and loop dots on the pieces and chart, or (once the chart is laminated) you can use tape. The pieces are carefully arranged for ease of cutting with a paper cutter. If you don't have a laminator, you can place the board in a dry erase pocket or page protector. Cut out the pieces and "laminate" them with packing tape.
