These Halloween theme counting clip cards will help your preschooler or pre-k student learn the numbers and improve their fine motor skills!
The cards feature cute Halloween themed images like cats, cute bats, candy, and pumpkins. If you'd prefer general fall images, see this listing for fall theme count and clip cards.
How to use counting clip cards:
Print and laminate the pages, then cut out the cards. I recommend a sturdy paper like cardstock for repeated use. I personally use something called presentation paper - a heavyweight paper with a special coating for bright, beautiful images.
Have your child mark the correct number with a clothespin.
To challenge your child's coordination and fine motor skills, you can have them mark the numbers with small manipulatives like counting bears or pompoms. Have them use tongs to transfer the manipulatives to the cards for a real mental and fine motor skill workout!
What other games can you come up with using these cards?
There are three pages of clip cards with numbers 1-12 so the set can grow with your child. Give them the numbers they're working on and save the additional cards for later!
These printables are for personal and classroom use. You may use them as many times as you'd like with your own children or students. You are not licensed to redistribute the digital or printed files to other adults for their personal use.
